We get to the bottom of your injury by identifying and treating the root causes through a comprehensive assessment. We’ll educate you on the structure, function and origin of your injury and then we’ll outline different treatment options available to you and walk you through the benefits of each so you can make an informed decision that fits your specific needs. Our personalized treatment approach will help you recover from injury and get you back to doing what you love.

PREVENT.
Beyond your initial recovery, we strive to optimize your experience and health by further challenging you and by teaching you how to prevent injury from happening again. We equip you with extensive knowledge about short and long term self care so you can perform at work or home, on the field or on the stage with increased confidence and reduced risk of future injury.

We also want you to feel and perform at your best. We believe in performance optimization via strength and conditioning, nutrition, home exercise programs, and lifestyle changes for the long term.
